Professional enquiries
The current enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. Form contents are not submitted to an Actomed website database. If you send the email, Actomed receives the information through its email service.
The prepared email may include your name, professional role, organisation, work email, optional phone number, service region, product interest, enquiry type and message.
Do not include patient names, clinical records or identifiable health information. The enquiry route is not designed to collect special-category health data.
Why information is used
Information sent in an enquiry may be used to respond, understand the requested product or support context, and take steps connected with a potential professional or commercial relationship.
